Very patient and informative. Jeff was wonderful with helping us pick out our hot tub. We were set to buy another brand and Jeff still took the time to answer all questions and give us a lot of information that we did not think about. This was our first hot tub purchase and decided to go this route due to the service and knowledge Jeff had provided. It has now been about 6 months and the tub has worked great and every time I have a question (which is often) Jeff is all over helping out even six months after the sale. Highly recommend!
